Shipping and Delivery in Australia

For all New York based Italian handmade products [Italian handmade handbags, briefcases and luggage], please allow 4-7days for delivery. Be mindful that we are at the mercy of International Courier systems and these can experience variations, but these are rare. If you require a bag within 48 hours, please email us at  to see which bags are currently in stock in South Australia.

This postal time may be extended during peak times, such as Christmas, dependent upon postal services.

If your required Italian handmade bag is in stock in Australia, delivery within Australia may be within 4 business days.


Delivery in the USA and Europe


Delivery of Italian Handmade bags within the USA usually takes 3 business days. 

For delivery of Italian handmade bags to European countries, please allow 4-7 days.

Anna Roe & Co leather handbags - allow 3-5 days unless delivery is to a remote area, in which case allow up to 14 days.

Returns & Replacements

Anna Roe & Co Leather Bags and Italian Handmade Leather Bags:

Returns Policy:  In accordance with your Statutory Rights, we accept returns for manufacturing faults or dispatch errors. Fortunatley, these are extremely rare.

Currently, due to the strengthening US Dollar, we do not exchange or refund for 'change of mind'. There is no return for sale items.

Please return via registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Anna Roe & Co at your expense unless faulty.  Please note that we do not refund original post and packing costs unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not warrant lining or zippers as these items are conducive to wear & tear.
Items that are faulty may be returned for an exchange if they fall within 30 days of initial purchase.
