For all Floto products please allow 3-14 business days for delivery. Be mindful that we are at the mercy of International postal systems and these can experience considerable variations. If you require a bag in a short period of time, please email us at info@annaroeandco.com.au to see which bags are currently in stock in South Australia.
For delivery of Floto bags to European countries, please allow 7-10 days.
Anna Roe & Co leather handbags - allow 3-5 days unless delivery is to a remote area, in which case allow up to 14 days. They are shipped directly from our manufacturing centre in Guangzhou and are shipped via DHL or EMS. This is a door to door service.
This postal time may be extended during peak times, such as Christmas, dependent upon postal services.
The bulk of our Floto bag orders are shipped directly to you from New York, USA. This usually takes 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. This helps keep our prices down by avoiding double shipping costs. If your required Floto bag is in stock in Australia, delivery within Australia may be within 4 business days.

Returns & Replacements

Returns Policy: We accept returned items for full product refund on full price items if sent back to us within 14 days of your receiving the goods, - unused, undamaged, in their received condition, including original packaging and in a saleable condition. Sale items are exchange only. Please return via registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Anna Roe & Co at your expense unless faulty. Please note that we do not refund original post and packing costs unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
